Registration for the 2025-2026 operating season opens at 1000 Pacific Time on this site as follows:

• September 4: Lodge-based Operations Level 1.
• September 10: AvSAR Level 2, IAT-Advanced, IAT-Basic, RTAM.
• September 11: AvSAR Level 1.
• September 16: All other Operations Level 1 courses.

To register, please ensure you are signed into your CAA user account and have a payment method with an adequate credit limit. We encourage students to create a CAA user account several days before registration day. Further program, curriculum, and cost information can be found on each ITP course page under the "Training" tab.

To join a waitlist for a course that is already full, click on the course title, select "Join the Waitlist," and add your contact information. You will be emailed if space becomes available.

Students are required to read and agree to the CAA Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement (the "Release of Liability and Waiver") as a condition of participation in any course/assessment/retest. Refer to the "Release of Liability and Waiver" section of the Student Resources Page for details and to review the Release of Liability and Waiver.
