Release of Liability and Waiver

Students cannot participate on courses prior to signing the Release of Liability and Waiver.

contact the CAA office if you are unable to attend the Retest Day. A Private Retest may be available for $422 (plus lift ticket if required)

field books must be mailed to the CAA with corrections; written exams are conducted at the CAA office in Revelstoke otherwise additional fees apply

Subject to change according to the nature of the retest (e.g. snow profile vs. full day field trip skills)

 

Note that all retest and challenge exam fees are solely based on covering administration and instructor costs (including wages, mileage, and lift tickets, if required) 

 

Hut Cancellation Insurance

The CAA recommends that students purchase Cancellation/Trip Interruption insurance for courses that involve hut-based accommodation.
