This is a NEW course for the 2024-2025 season. AvSAR L1 is the first stage of the CAA's Industry Training Program and the new prerequisite for Avalanche Operations Level 1. This course focuses on fundamental AvSAR concepts and techniques essential to snow and avalanche workers. NOTE: if you have already completed Avalanche Operations Level 1, you do NOT have to complete AvSAR L1 as well.
