Usernames were transferred to the new website (exactly the same as they were on our previous website) in June 2014 and you were sent your username in an email at that time. However passwords had to be reset. If you know your username or the email address for your CAA account (the email address to which you receive regular bulk e-mails from the CAA), there is a "Forgot your password?" facility. You are reminded of your username when you successfully reset your password.

You can sign-in and change your username and/or password at any time.
